Office of Institutional Effectiveness
Mission Statement

The Office of Institutional Effectiveness, in support of the Hill College mission, provides leadership, oversight, and assistance for all planning and assessment activities to ensure high quality comprehensive education programs and services for all our constituents and a climate of continuous improvement across the college. The office also conducts institutional research and serves as liaison with external agencies regarding data collection.
