Texas Heritage Museum

The Texas Heritage Museum at Hill College is the home for the museum galleries and collection, the Historical Research Center and the Hill College Press.  The research center and press are widely known for their contributions to Civil War history in Texas while the museum interprets the experiences of Texans during wartime and explores how these experiences affected present-day Texans. (East Texas Historical Journal, Volume XLVI Number 1, T. Lindsay Baker)

John Versluis, director of THM, recently announced that with the help of Senator Kip Averitt and Representative Jim Pitts, the 81st Texas Legislature designated the Medal of Honor Memorial at Hill College as the official state memorial to Texas-born Medical of Honor recipients.  With your help, the integrity of this significant salute to our heroic Texans will be upheld for the education of current and future generations.  We invite you to leave a permanent legacy in support of this monumental landmark for the state of Texas and Hill College.  BECOME A PART OF TEXAS HISTORY.  PURCHASE YOUR COMMEMORATIVE BRICK TODAY!  LIMITED QUANTITIES AVAILABLE.  More information on the museum and the Medal of Honor Memorial Brick Campaign can be found at Membership and Giving to the Texas Heritage Museum

Performing Arts Center

In the 1993-94 academic year, the Hill College Performing Arts Series presented its first season of concerts on the Hillsboro campus.  These free admission series are supported with generous donations from the local community.  For the 2009- 10 program year, more than 2000 guests will attend the performances including local school districts and other community groups.  Due to record-breaking attendances over the last few years, our program is in need of your support so that we can continue to produce stellar performances for sold out audiences.  Become a supporter today.  Information can be found at Membership and Giving to the PAS

 Athletics

The Rebel Backer Club exists to promote, support, assist and encourage all athletic programs at Hill College and by doing so demonstrates our community pride in Hill College’s athletic programs and aids in the recruitment of future athletes.  As a Rebel Backer, you enthusiastic presence in the stands backs up your financial contribution and gives life to the spirit of the games played by student athletes who train and prepare all year.   Membership and Giving to Rebel Backers
