Mission Statement
The mission of the Information Technology Department is to evaluate, recommend and provide appropriate technology-based solutions, ensure integration and technical support of such solutions and offer appropriate education in the use of the solutions to the constituents of the college.

  • Did you know?
    • We support over 1200 devices on our network, consisting of computers, phones, printers, fax machines, wireless access points, switches, firewalls, battery backup power and more;
    • We support approximately 600 desktops, 200 printers, 30 laptops, eight VOIP Devices, nine Routers, 65 Switches, 12 Security Devices and Controllers, 269 Handsets and 30 Cell Phones;
    • We have in excess of five miles of fiber optic cable in place at the Hillsboro and Cleburne sites;
    • We have a Single-Mode Aerial Fiber Optic Network Ring at the Hillsboro Site mounted on college owned poles;
    • We support 25 servers to handle our ERP, e-mail and web serving, database, file storage, back up, remote access and voicemail system needs;
    • We maintain over 10 Terabytes of storage on our servers (10,000 gigabytes);
    • We support over 21 student computer labs throughout the college system;
    • We maintain in excess of 7000 Accounts;
    • We deploy Dell desktops and laptops, HP servers and printers and Cisco Networking Equipment;
