Earn A Certificate in Management or Office Administration in One Semester
In just one semester’s time, persons interested in office- or management-related careers can earn a set of credentials to put them in the 2015 job market.
Hill College’s fast-track certificates of completion include Office Support I and Business Management Skills, both of which offer skills related to local high-demand positions.
The Office Support I certificate consists of six classes which cover keyboarding, integrated office software, word processing, accounting, spreadsheets, and business English. The management classes include accounting, human relations, supervision, and business and management principles. Office classes can be taken at Cleburne and online, while the management classes are offered in Cleburne, Hillsboro and online.
“These programs not only allow students to train for job entry or promotion, but they also lay the groundwork for more advanced certificates and associate’s degrees,” said Career and Technical Education Dean Dr. Floretta Bush.
Registration is currently underway for the spring semester, which starts Jan. 20. Persons new to Hill College can visit the college website at www.hillcollege.edu or email email@example.com.
