TOEFL Requirements

TOEFL changes affective October 26, 2009.

Test of English as a Foreign Language Test (TOEFL)

Students must demonstrate English proficiency as an admission requirement. This may either be demonstrated by attending 2 years of high school in one of the 50 United States and receiving a diploma/GED or taking the Test of English as a Foreign Language Test (TOEFL) and scoring a minimum Internet score of 80 or a computer-based TOEFL score of 250 or a paper/pencil test score of 600. TOEFL results are only valid up to two years from the testing date. Scores will not be considered if they are more than two years old. TOEFL Test score reports must be sent directly to the Nursing program director from the testing center.
