Hill College's university partners are alliances between Hill College and a number of Texas universities in an effort to bring students the best education possible through greater accessibility. The goal is to help students achieve their educational goals through various options like Dual Admission, AAS to BAAS and online adult education.

The Dual Admission programs with these universities allow Hill College students access to their chosen university for advising and other educational resources while attending Hill College. Those participating are students of both institutions simultaneously.

Some partner institutions offer the BAAS degree allowing students with technical degrees (AAS) more opportunities to transfer their associate's degree to the university and obtain their bachelor's degree.

Western Governor's University - Texas is an online institution, working through a new partnership with the Texas Association of Community Colleges, focusing on limited, in-demand degree options tailored to working adults looking to increase their career opportunities.
