Runnin’ Rebels Earn Regional Tournament Berth


HILLSBORO -- The Hill College Runnin’ Rebel basketball team completed their regular season with a 22-8 overall record and 7-5 in conference play. Hill will represent the North Texas Junior College Athletic Conference (NTJCAC) in the Region V Tournament March 5-8 at Lubbock Christian University in Lubbock, Texas.

Hill College Volleyball Signs Seven Commitments


HILLSBORO - Second-year Hill College Lady Rebels Volleyball Head Coach Samantha Erger recently signed seven commitments for the 2013-14 season. Last season, the Lady Rebels went to the NJCAA Division I National Tournament for the first time since 2002, and finished the season with a 29-9 record.

Hill College Cosmetology to Host Fashion Show


HILLSBORO – The Hill College Cosmetology Department will host their annual fashion show at 2 p.m., Friday, February 28 in the Vara Martin Daniel Performing Arts Center. This year’s theme is “Universal Princess.”

Two Hill College Students Chosen for All-State Band


HILLSBORO – Two students from Hill College have been invited to perform at the Texas Music Educators Association Convention in San Antonio as part of the All-State Symphonic Band. The concert will be held 5:30 p.m., February 15, at the Henry B. Gonzales Convention Center. The concert is open to the public.
