Hill College Director of Testing selected as Tarleton State University Management Department “Outstanding Graduate”

Dalerie “Dal” Lamphere, director of testing at Hill College, has been selected as the Tarleton State University College of Business Administration's outstanding graduate, and will give the commencement speech Dec. 16. Dal will be receiving her bachelor of applied science in business administration management.

Dal started her career at Hill College in 2010 as an administrative assistant. After becoming director of testing, she decided to pursue her bachelor’s degree, “Becoming director of testing was affirmation that I was capable of doing more.”

Hill College President Dr. Pam Boehm said, “We are so proud of Dal and her accomplishments. She is a wonderful advocate for our students, and we are thankful to have her at Hill College.” 

Dal says her favorite thing about her job is, “Making a difference in a student's life at a time when they need a difference made.
