Hill College Continuing Education to Offer Maintenance & Journeyman Electrical Online Training this fall through next spring

Hill College Continuing Education (CE) will be offering Maintenance and Journeyman Electrical online training courses for technicians entering or working in the industry. The benefits of these courses is that they are self-paced online courses, each consisting of 80 hours and 8.0 CEUs, costing $538. Students can pick their own start date, they emphasize code and safety, prepare students for certification and licensure examination, and they are stackable certificates for career advancement. 

Maintenance Electrical, section one covers electrical code and principles. Students can begin the class between Sept. 1-Oct. 1, 2019 or Nov. 1, 2019-April 15, 2020. 

Maintenance Electrical, section two covers basic electrical wiring and national electric code I. Students can begin the class between Nov. 1, 2019 -April 15, 2020. 

Journeyman Electrical, section one covers national electric code II and motor controls. This class is offered between Nov. 1, 2019-April 15, 2020 or May 15-Oct. 15, 2020. 

Journeyman Electrical, section two covers electrical calculations and journeyman electric exam review. This class is available to start between Nov. 1, 2019-April 15, 2020, or May 15-Oct. 15, 2020.
