Hill College welcomes incoming students at summer orientations

Hill College will welcome new students on all three campuses in June. New student orientations will be held on Thursday, June 6, 2024, at the Burleson Higher Education Center from noon to 4 p.m.; on Friday, June 7, 2024, at the Hill County Campus from 8 a.m. to noon; and on Monday, June 10, 2024, at the Johnson County Campus from 4 to 8 p.m.

New student orientation is a great way for incoming students to learn about the college, student life, get to know future classmates, discover resources, meet with advising to discuss academic and career goals, learn about Hill College culture and traditions, and prepare for their first semester.

The Student Information Services and the Academic Advising and Success teams will be available on each campus to guide students in choosing one of the college’s four pathways—Arts & Humanities, Business & Industry, Health & Public Service, or STEM. The pathways offer students a structured plan to achieve their academic goals and are a great way to focus their higher education journey.
