NOTICE OF CANCELLATION
Hill College hereby cancels Request for Proposals (RFP) No. 25‑26‑001 – Bookstore Management and Operations.
This solicitation is cancelled in order to ensure compliance with existing contractual notice requirements associated with current bookstore operations.
Hill College reserves the right to reissue this solicitation at a later date if determined to be in the best interest of the College.
We appreciate the interest and effort of all firms that intended to submit or have submitted proposals.

Renovation of the Technology Building into the Cosmetology & Barber School (JCC)
Hill College has canceled RFP No. 25/26‑002 for the Renovation of the Technology Building into the Cosmetology & Barber School at the Johnson County Campus.
Following a meeting of the Hill College Board of Regents, the College confirmed that it did not receive the anticipated February dynamic funding allocation from the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board. As a result, sufficient funding is not available to proceed with this project at this time.
The cancellation is made in accordance with the RFP’s reservation‑of‑rights and funding contingency provisions and applies uniformly to all proposers. No proposal evaluations, rankings, or award determinations were made.
Should funding become available in the future, Hill College may consider issuing a new solicitation.
