Payment Options

Payment options may not apply to all courses and programs. Some self-paced online courses and online instructor-led courses will have separate payment options depending on the course or program. Please contact the Job Training and Workforce Partnerships department for payment questions and assistance. 

  1. Payment Plan through Herring Bank (College Green).
    1. Cost to participate:
      • $35 non-refundable enrollment fee per payment plan
      • $30 returned payment fee if a payment is returned
    2.  Acceptable Payment Methods:
      • Automatic Draft bank payment
      • Credit/Debit Card transactions
    3. Steps to enroll in the payment plan:
      1. Register for classes
      2. Students will be directed to the Business Office to set up the payment plan
      3. A 25% down payment is required at the time of registration
  2. Texas Public Education Grant
    1. Eligibility requirements
      1. Texas residents, non-residents, or foreign student
      2. Show financial need
      3. Register for Selective Service or exempt from this requirement
    2. Financial award
      1. No individual award may be more than the student's financial need
      2. Funding is only available for specific programming. Please contact Job Training and Workforce Partnerships for more information.
    3. Application process
      1. Students must complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)
      2. Students obtain a Texas Public Education Grant Referral Form from the Job Training and Workforce Partnerships department to take to the Financial Aid office. 
      3. Students must provide:
        1. A sealed, official high school and/or college transcript to Student Information Services OR
        2. Official GED record to Student Information Services
      4. The Financial Aid office will notify the student if he/she is eligible. 
      5. Student will inform the Job Training and Workforce Partnerships office that he/she is eligible for the Texas Public Education Grant. 
  3. Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Funding - Hill College is an approved training provider for workforce education. Federal funding is available to those who qualify and are seeking to gain employment skills. Please contact your local Workforce Solutions to see if you qualify.

    1. All courses and programs can be purchased in person at the nearest campus Business Office, online, or by phone.
