The challenge is no longer access to AI. It's knowing how to use it effectively in real work.
Hill College has partnered with humanskills.ai to help employers and individuals across North Central Texas build that capability.
The AI Agility Challenge is a structured starting point, designed to help people apply AI directly to their work and begin building the skills required to use it effectively.
Intelligence is now abundant. The ability to direct it well is not.
Most teams already have access to AI tools. What's missing is the capability to use them consistently, effectively, and with good judgment in real work.
That gap is already determining where AI creates value, and where it doesn't.
The AI Agility Challenge is a structured, cohort-based program that builds the human skills people need to work effectively with AI. Twenty modules of applied practice, guided by a trained facilitator and an AI learning guide named Virgil. Designed to fit into the workday, not compete with it.
It helps individuals and teams move beyond basic AI use and start applying it directly to their day-to-day work, building the judgment required to use it well.
Core capabilities:
- AI Fluency and Prompt Design - clear communication with AI tools
- Human x AI Collaboration - judgment about when to lead, delegate, or override
- Responsible AI - guardrails that protect people and organizations
Advanced capabilities:
- Putting AI to Work - applied skills tied to real tasks and real outcomes
- Becoming a Director of Intelligence - the capacity to direct AI toward meaningful goals
- Building Career Runway - adaptability as a professional habit
- Your team stops guessing and starts using AI with clear judgment about when to rely on it and when to override it
- Work that used to take hours gets done in minutes because people know how to collaborate with AI, not just prompt it
- You build a shared language for AI across your organization instead of ten people using ten different approaches
- Your people develop the adaptability to stay current as AI tools change, not just proficiency with today's version
Designed to fit into the workday, not compete with it.
20 modules | Around 20 minutes per module | 6 capabilities built
