As students complete their Associate's Degrees at Hill College, they are encouraged to continue their education at four-year universities.  Transfer Advisors and Recruiters visit Hill College throughout the year to discuss admissions, financial aid, and degree plans in preparation for transferring to four-year universities. The opportunities are posted on Hill College social media outlets, digital signage in Hill College buildings and the Hill College Calendar of Events.

College Day is held at Hill College with representatives from four-year universities with the purpose of assisting students with planning their transfer to a university. The Hill County Campus hosts this event in the fall.
